 Letter can be of two types FORMAL and INFORMAL letter.And there is one more also known as Cover letter.The format of  letter is most important while writing any letter whether it is Formal or informal.

• (Tip-Don't exceed you address with more than 3 line)after writting sender's address
• leave one line and write Date
• DATE: 11 JULY 2018
• (Tip-Always mention the month with alphabets don't use number lke 11/7/2021 🚫 this will be incorrect)After writing date leave one line and write the receiver's address.Always write the post of that particular person in than particular company or department.example:you are writing letter to newspaper you have to write THE EDITOR,for Bank write The manager because you have to write  letter to manager.

while writing informal letter you just have to write letter in normal way you don't have to be formal with any one because informal letter is written you family members or friends etc.

(you can start writing with Hey,Hi,Hello)

Name write the name of reciver

Receiver name: Dear Robbin

                           Hey Robbin

Body:Write your content

Ending:(You can say thank you or you can just write you name)
